Shipping Information / DOA Policy

JoJo Aquatics ships live animals on Mondays and Tuesdays, with the exception of holidays.

Orders must be placed by 4pm Eastern on Sunday to make the next shipping window; orders placed after the cutoff ship on the following ship day. If the temperature at your delivery location is over 95°F or below 40°F, we will hold your order and ship on the next safe ship day. Our fish are guaranteed to arrive alive, or you will receive a full refund on the affected animal, or we can reship if possible.

Live animals ship overnight via UPS or FedEx. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and a heat pack is included when needed.

In the rare event of a DOA, we require THREE CLEAR PHOTOS of the deceased animals in the unopened bag within TWO HOURS of delivery. Note that some fish may appear to be dead but are just stressed from shipping. Be sure to inspect all fish carefully. Email to help@jojoaquatics.com.

Partial refunds will be made if fish arrive DOA and all parameters of our DOA policy are met. For example, if you order eight fish, and one arrives dead, you take three clear photos and email them within two hours, you will be refunded in the amount of one fish.

Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
